What we collect

• When you reserve a seat: your name and email address. Phone number, organisation and what you work on are optional — they help us plan the room and the discussion.
• When you join the mailing list: your email address only.
• When you visit the site: aggregate page-view counts. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.

What we do with it

• Send your confirmation, reminders and any change of plan.
• Manage the seat limit and the waitlist.
• Check people in at the door.
• Announce future seminars, if you asked us to.

We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not pass them to other organisations.

Who can see it

Only club organisers. The guest list is never published, and the website deliberately provides no way to read reservation records without an organiser login.

How long we keep it

Reservation records are kept while they are useful for planning — normally about two years — and then deleted. Mailing list entries are kept until you unsubscribe.

Photographs

We sometimes photograph sessions and publish them in the gallery. Tell an organiser if you would rather not be photographed, or write to us afterwards and we will remove the picture.

Your choices

• Cancel a reservation from the link in your confirmation email.
• Unsubscribe from the link at the bottom of any club email.
• Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it.
