Organisers read everything, though replies can take a few days.
Propose a paper
Send the link and two or three sentences on why it is worth two hours of a room’s time. Recent work is preferred, but a good older paper that people cite without reading is just as welcome.
Offer to present
Tell us the paper and roughly when you are free. You do not need to be an expert on it — presenting is how most people end up understanding a paper properly.
Host or sponsor a session
We need a room for about twenty to forty people with a projector. If your office has one free on a weekend afternoon, we would like to hear from you.
